This website provides information about the Company’s B2B IT asset disposition (ITAD), certified data destruction and secure erasure, and electronic waste recycling services. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law and good faith, and not to carry out activities that damage, disable or overload it.
1.3 Intellectual and industrial property
The site’s contents —text, design, logos, graphics and images— are the property of the Company or of third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited. The brands, regulations and standards referenced (for example, NOM-161-SEMARNAT, NIST 800-88, among others) are cited for informational purposes and belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply affiliation or certification unless expressly stated.
1.4 Third-party links and services
The site may include links to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp for contact). The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third parties; their use is governed by their own terms.

1.6 Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Mexican law. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, unless the law imperatively provides another venue.

In compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules, we provide the following privacy notice.
2.1 Data controller
Tianlu Inc (legal name: TIANLU INC), with address at Las Siete Leyes 4948, Manuel Gómez, Benito Juárez–Lucio Blanco, C.P. 22706, Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data under this notice. For any matter related to your personal data you may contact us at info@tianluinc.com.
2.2 Personal data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification and contact data you provide voluntarily when you reach out via WhatsApp, email or phone: name, company and role, email, phone and the content of your request.
- Browsing data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and interactions within the site (see section 2.6).
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information in your messages.
2.3 Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship with the Company):
- To handle your contact, information and quote requests.
- To provide and follow up on ITAD, data destruction/erasure and recycling services.
- To issue related documentation (certificates, chain of custody, receipts) and comply with legal, tax and contractual obligations.
Secondary purposes (not necessary; require your consent and you may object):
- Sending commercial information, news and promotional content from the Company.
- Statistics, analytics and site improvement, as well as advertising and remarketing.
If you do not want us to process your data for the secondary purposes, you may tell us at any time by writing to info@tianluinc.com. Your refusal will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.
2.4 Means to limit the use or disclosure of your data
You may limit the use or disclosure of your data by sending your request to info@tianluinc.com. Regarding advertising and analytics, you can disable cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad personalization in your account’s ad settings (see section 2.6).
2.5 ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when inaccurate, to Cancel it when you believe it is not required for the stated purposes, and to Object to its processing (ARCO rights); as well as to withdraw the consent you have given us.
To exercise them, send a request to info@tianluinc.com including:
- Your name and a means to communicate our response.
- A document proving your identity (or legal representation, where applicable).
- A clear description of the data and of the right you wish to exercise.
- Any element that helps locate your data.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, make it effective within the following 15 business days, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
2.6 Cookies, web beacons and tracking technologies
This site uses first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies. In particular, we use Google Analytics 4 (site usage measurement and statistics) and Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing), Google services that set cookies to indirectly identify your browser and analyze your interaction with the site.
You can disable or manage these cookies at any time:
- In your browser settings (to block or delete cookies).
- With the Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

2.7 Data transfers and remittances
To operate the site and provide our services we use providers that may process data on the Company’s behalf, some located outside Mexico (United States), such as Google LLC (analytics and advertising) and our website hosting provider. These remittances are made solely for the purposes described in this notice. We do not sell or trade your personal data. Beyond these cases, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except in the situations provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
2.8 Changes to this privacy notice
This notice may be updated due to legal changes or changes in our services or privacy practices. Any modification will be published on this same page, indicating the last update date. We recommend you review it periodically.

By providing your personal data through any of the contact channels and by continuing to use this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy notice and consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described herein.
